3.3. If you do not have a prescription, we can assist in arranging a physical or online veterinary consultation.
3.4. We reserve the right to reject orders if the prescription is incomplete, illegible, expired, or deemed unsuitable for your pet.

4. Ordering & Payment
4.1. Orders can be placed via our website, subject to stock availability.
4.2. We accept payments via credit/debit cards.
4.3. Orders will only be processed once payment is received.
4.4. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1. We offer standard and express delivery options within Singapore.
5.2. At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery but may consider it in the future.
5.3. Orders will be dispatched within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to external factors.
5.4. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
5.5. We do not ship outside Singapore due to regulatory restrictions.

6. Returns & Refunds
6.1. Prescription medications are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to AVS regulations.
6.2. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days with supporting photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
6.3. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

7. Product Usage & Safety
7.1. Always follow the dosage and administration guidelines provided by your veterinarian or as indicated on the product packaging.
7.2. If your pet experiences any adverse reactions, discontinue use and seek veterinary advice immediately.
7.3. Store medications as directed, and dispose of expired or unused products safely.

8.1. While we ensure the quality and authenticity of our products, we are not responsible for any adverse reactions or side effects caused by medications or supplements.
8.2. We are not liable for any misuse of products purchased from our website.
8.3. Information on our website is for informational purposes only and does not substitute professional veterinary advice.

9.1. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore to safeguard customer information.
